Actually, we probably ought to make this a bit easier to configure.  
Perhaps a class property that can be set or overridden by an extending 
class on the php side
and a javascript variable that can be set by the user (I'm thinking a la 
the use png filter on file extension for Dean Edwards IE7 - that's a 
simple but neat trick for compatibility

For now Request.js - the completeUrl function is where url rewriting 
gets done - the file included with client=all is built from all the 
smaller files so you'd have to rebuild the file
or do a search and replace on it - I'm not sure if there's anywhere else 
that's used on the js side - Josh?  Any opinions on the subject?
